Senior Adult Day – Oct. 11th 9:00 – For everyone that is 50 and up. This is a FREE event, but we need you to sign-up at the info counter since lunch is included for free. There is a talent portion to this day, and a registration form is available at the Info Counter.

 

Hilltoppers Adults in 30’s and 40’s Bonfire Oct. 9th @ 6:00 – Invite someone to join you for a bonfire and hangout time. See Stan or Michelle Habermehl for more information.

 

Indiana Youth & Children’s Conference Saturday Oct 17-18 – This will be held at the Greenfield Church of God Friday Night, October 17th for Youth and Children’s workers, for an evening of worship with food and hangout time. Saturday, breakout sessions for children’s and youth ministry. We’re also going to vote on the next IYCLA Committees! Lunch included with registration. 

 

IGNITE Youth – The teens meet on Sunday evenings from 5:00-6:30 pm. They begin with food, then fun, and then a time in worship and a relevant message. Parents, thanks for our prayers, support, and effort in getting your kids here on Sunday nights. There is a sign-up sheet at the Info Counter if you could volunteer to provide the meal some Sunday evenings for our teens. Thanks

 

Women’s Support Group – This group will meet the 1st Sunday of each month before church as a support group. There are a lot of things in life we go through, and you are not alone. This will be a time of sharing, listening, encouraging, and guiding with God’s Word. For more info, see Marie Jensen or Julie Marley.

 

Monday Evening Prayer –  Everyone is encouraged to join us. We have prayer on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at the church at 6:30 pm. I’m asking everyone that can, to join us for our hour of prayer for our church family.

 

Food Pantry – Our food pantry is open to our church family all the time and to the public the first Monday of each month. Please continue to donate to the food pantry. If you have a need for food, please see Pastor Jeff. Thank you to everyone that has donated and continues to donate food. For items needed see Nola or Gloria.

Life Groups @ The River – We have several groups that meet regularly in our church, and we will be adding more. We have, Consuming Fire 30-50, Souled Out 50ish and up, and our Men’s and Ladies that meet once a month for breakfast.

 

Daily Devotionals – Join us for each day for devotions. The link for our devotions will be pinned to our Facebook page. We use the YouVersion app for our devotions. It is a free app! Plan to meet us each day, at a time that works for you as we engage with the Word of God. 

 

Water Baptism Service Oct 26th –  If you would like to be baptized or re=baptized you have an opportunity to do so on Sunday October 26th. There is a sign-up sheet at the info counter.

 

Baby/Child Dedication Oct 19th –  Sunday Oct 10th we will be having our Baby/Child dedication service. Sign-up at the Info Counter. See Pastor Jeff for more info.
